P2P Working Group Meeting in May

The Peer-to-Peer Working Group will hold its next meeting on May 30 - 31, 2001 at the Santa Clara Marriott. The meeting will include a demo showcase, industry guest speakers from Aberdeen Group and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, a general session, and a members only meeting.

Wednesday, May 30

1pm-3:45pm Industry perspectives on Peer-to-Peer: Alex Veytsel, Research Associate and Analyst at Aberdeen Group. Andrea Williams Rice, Managing Director and Analyst at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.

3:45pm-7:15pm Demo Showcase Hours

The general session from 9am - 3pm on Thursday, May 31, will cover a P2P Working Group status update and the opportunity to participate in a variety of technical and marketing breakout session topics. There is a $75 charge for non-members to attend (includes lunch).

The Members Only Meeting is scheduled from 3pm - 5pm on May 31. The agenda includes an executive report update, a discussion on the bylaws and committee member elections.
